From beginning to end I experienced some of the best customer service ever within this store. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my services by Aylana. She is a true professional but also a great customer service representative. Then there is Joy, and she is just that, pure joy! I just want to give a SUPER SHOUT OUT TO JOY !!! She made me feel so welcomed. I was having a bad day , someone had just been so terrible to me that day( see my review about resergens orthopedic) and I was on the verge of a breakdown long story short she saw that... stopped me from crying helped me like a sister gave me a hug and we got my package mailed without me having a complete meltdown. My emotions have been a little tender lately.. thank you Joy and thank you FedEx for employees like her

I’ve came to my neighborhood location for the 2nd time, and was greeted by The Representative Joy. Joy assist me Professionally and before I left, I knew how to work the fax machine correctly. Great environment and great service. Thanks a lot.
If they close at 7 be there no later than 6:40 because they will sit and stare at you pulling on the door. 4/7/25
