Paid 990 dollars for shipping yet the customer service was ...... very deceiving. The bald guy was very arrogant, rude and made inappropriate comments about basically EVERYTHING... to the point where I was just over it and wanted to get out the center asap. There were some nice staffs though but I wouldn't ever want to visit again so thanks!
Worst experience ever. I went to FedEx to ask about the size and weight limits for shipping lab equipment, and the employee was unbelievably arrogant. He told me the limit was 165 inches on “girth” and then made me Google what girth even meant. The definition I found was completely different from what he was talking about. On top of that, he casually added later that there’s also a maximum weight limit. He was rude, unhelpful, and honestly had no clue how to communicate properly. The whole thing was a joke. If Google Maps confused you, put in East Side Dining on Google Maps insteas. Look for 15 minute parking spot. That’s the closest place to park and walk from there. Look for the campus merchandise shop and you will see the Fed Ex Entrance sign.
