Worst experience ever. I went to FedEx to ask about the size and weight limits for shipping lab equipment, and the employee was unbelievably arrogant. He told me the limit was 165 inches on “girth” and then made me Google what girth even meant. The definition I found was completely different from what he was talking about. If Google Maps confused you, put in East Side Dining on Google Maps insteas. Look for 15 minute parking spot. That’s the closest place to park and walk from there. Look for the campus merchandise shop and you will see the Fed Ex Entrance sign.
I followed all of the directions to have my fingerprints and photo taken and they were never submitted to the board. I should have left when I saw how rude the older guy was to other customers, I rarely spend money with rude business. I didn't want to reschedule...I should have followed my gut. Now I'm stuck in a bind because they messed up.
