Terrible customer service, nit picky to a bad fault and unwillingness to cooperate to shipping needs. Very flippant attitude of both employees working at this location.

She so kindly and patiently assisted me with my faxing needs; in addition she was a one-man show... and she graciously welcomed and assisted multiple customers simultaneously in a caring, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Thank you Sailor!!!
Second time at this location (after having another bad experience) the level of pickiness is just on a different level. I was asked to move my packages multiple times, they didn’t have a clue on how to handle one of my returns, they didn’t take a package since it needed filler…. I return stuff on a daily basis through UPS and USPS and NEVER had an issue with the way I prepare my packages… definitely not coming to this location again!
Refused my box. Because they wanted to sell me a 12.00 box. My box was brand new
