Went to this FedEx to get some help in mailing an important tax package to my accountant. I stood there for at least 5 mins waiting for someone to help me. There were two people in the printing area supposedly doing something on the computer. I know one of them was helping someone with printing. Anyway, I didn't know what to do, so I waited for someone to come and help me as I stood there by the counter. They didn't even look in my direction. ORIGINAL 1-STAR Note: We are placing this review after several of the same experiences. Review: Extremely Poor Staff, passively rude they do not acknowledge customers with a polite “I will be with you etc.”! Perhaps they only hire emotionally traumatized employees, but If You Need Assistance - GO TO ANOTHER STORE… because you will WAIT, and WAIT, and WAIT, with a passively aggressive seemingly damaged staff person, for 20 to 30 minutes!! I went first thing in the morning to ship a few documents international. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.
Phone support is awful. Couldn't get past a robo phone system to get a simple question answered. Saving $ on their phone IT at the cost of terrible customer experience. Called UPS instead and a much better experience with a real person.
