The service is terrible. 1. I need to create the label on website by myself and show to them. 2. They are very impatient. I describe my requirements and they just ignore.
I drop off large packages weekly at different vendors (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, USPS) when I miss the regular pick up times at work. This place was clean, large, and had a nice cart/dolly by the door. I found parking right in front 🎊🎉 and the staff was helpful.

Jeff was amazing, they helped advice on the right box for our shipping needs and even helped pack it for us. Would recommend to work with him to anyone.
Erika, Barbara, and Wellington all really helped out. They also fixed an error in our Banners for us! The banners are very high quality and not flimsy. Just magic. Thank you so much!
