The service is terrible. 1. I need to create the label on website by myself and show to them. 2. They are very impatient. I describe my requirements and they just ignore. update 202509: Previously, I asked to use another envelop for the mail-back envelop, she insisted to use a reusable envelop. I said the other officer may do not know it's a reusable one. She said there are big font on the envelop, the officer will see and know how to use it. I cannot say enough great things about this FedEx location. The entire team here provides outstanding service. All the staff members are incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive.
