Best experience ever!! Needed signs (posters, 5x7s, and 8x10s) for my upcoming wedding and the gentleman I worked with was amazing!! Just realizing I never asked his name (I’m so rude!) but he was incredible!! Made my visions a reality and it was so stress free!! 10/10 recommend!!
When one of my packages was out for delivery, it said it was supposed to be delivered around noon and then it got changed to delivered by the end of the day when I had planned stuff around getting my package.
The guy was friendly and efficient to collect and process my shipping.
The service was terrible. The employee that helped me did not explain the shipping policy properly.
The employee working this morning was fantastic. He was holding it down by himself (answering phone calls, accepting drop offs, and helping customers). He was so polite, patient, and professional with each person as well.
