Seems to be a hangout club for people that don't want to do anything. I've had major issues getting laptops and having them send things correctly. This is the local office to my house and I can't stand it and they were pretty rude when they received criticism. When I ask them to ship something they didn't take out the old label and they just shipped it back to me. They took no accountability and blamed me. Very nice FrdEx shipping center. Large, plenty of room. Very nice staff.
It is a Saturday morning, one if the busiest mornings as a lot of people are trying to tend to business. There is only one associate behind the register. How does this make sense?!?!!?!? 6 people waiting in line. This makes no sense at all. At least have associates working to open the store
