Dropped off a return package. Easy. Walked in walked out. They have an automated kiosk.
Do not speak to anyone there without getting their name and any other identifying information. They will deny ever answering the phone and accuse you of lying. Their website didn’t work using the right design templates and tried to call immediately to prevent any misprinting. The person who took the call said they didn’t get the order yet and would communicate via email. Two hours later, no email. But online status showed it was printed. Seems to be a hangout club for people that don't want to do anything. I've had major issues getting laptops and having them send things correctly. This is the local office to my house and I can't stand it and they were pretty rude when they received criticism. When I ask them to ship something they didn't take out the old label and they just shipped it back to me. They took no accountability and blamed me.
