Went in today in a rush and really expected to hear, no, sorry, we cant help you. What I got was, lets get this done and get you what you need. The store manager, Corbin, was so nice and listened to what I was saying and said not a problem at all. She was very kind and professional and took my stress away. I will be back, thank you
I called to have them hold a replacement stand at this location, to replace the broken one that had been delivered to me, and the women on the phone said no problem. Then I tried to go pick it up, and the very rude, slow moving, very heavy set woman told me they sent it to another location after telling me it would be held there. Fedex needs to hire more competent individuals at this location. It's the worst.
I have come to this kinko’s here in Murfreesboro as long as I can remember. This is the second time in 2 months the machines have been broken. Actually the same copy/fax machine. Not only was I treated like I was a problem because the machine was broken.(had to cut it off and reboot) I have now been waiting 30 minutes for a fax to go through that was put through by an associate.
