Terrible. Rude, unhelpful customer service
Picked up a very large (95 lbs) package that I had held at the Bald Hill store. The gentleman working helped me get the package to my vehicle. Thank you for the help!
Went to drop off my package today. sending a fragile package. they actually wanted to open it up.. In 15 years.. That's never happened.. Will never be going to this location ever again.. To boot, I feel threatened like I was shipping something illegal..
