I visited this FedEx location to return an American Eagle package that required no label or additional packaging. After waiting in line for ten minutes without being greeted, the employee, Michelle, was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me I had to buy an additional bag for $4, which I should not have had to do, and then threw my item on the table after taking my payment—no “please” or “thank you.” I can’t believe I was spoken to like that. I went in on a Tuesday around 5ish. Michelle greeted me and i asked if it were possible to print 6 cards, she went to go ask Hannah. Hannah came to the register did not greet me, immediately asked me if the cards were “2 upped or 1 upped.” I looked at Michelle and back to Hannah and said “i don’t know what that means.” She asked me again if it’s 2 upped or 1 upped.
