I recently had the misfortune of visiting the FedEx print shop, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees couldn't care less about helping customers. They were far too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice or assist anyone needing help. I came in to scan our old estate planning documents prior to updating our trust. Chase was one of 2 employees working today. He was so kind, professional and helped me scan hundreds of pages quickly. I ended up breaking their only scanner so I couldn't complete my scanning but he was so wonderful, patient and kind even though I took up a ton of his time. I truly appreciated his effort. He is an excellent employee who should receive at least a verbal appreciation.
