I needed to scan and email important documents as we are selling our home and I was on a time crunch. I always go to FedEx as my experience has always been a positive one. Today, I went to the FedEx in Newbury Park CA on Broadbeck Drive. Emma helped me efficiently with great customer service. She exhibited the great values that FedEx prides themselves in. I recently had the misfortune of visiting the FedEx print shop, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees couldn't care less about helping customers. They were far too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice or assist anyone needing help.
