I ordered a package through Walmart and Fed-Ex delivered it to the wrong location! I’m disabled and cannot go out without help. I was asked if I had specific instructions for how I needed it delivered to on my initial order site, obviously the driver didn’t care and threw it from 5ft up to the second landing (my neighbor has video). If the driver doesn’t want to do his job, then leave him in the warehouse!
I am new here and I wanted to ship a box to another state, i was anxious idk how things work so naturally i asked a couple of questions and the young girl with glasses almost yelled at me for asking her questions, the other female with lighter hair and the younger girl kept looking at each other and giving each other a smirk. It was kinda rude. The gentleman was kind and didn’t make me feel like crap. Idk what to say !
