It is the Holiday season, and yet they were understaffed. 2 people working the counter is just not enough. Especially when handling packages to be shipped. Takes at least 10 to 15 min taking care of a customer. Luckily, if your package is sealed and labeled. There is a scanner where you scan your packages get a receipt, and leave. That saved me!
Worst costumer service I wish I could give 0 star
I have needed assistance with copying and faxing at this store and the employee was beyond helpful every time. This is the reason I recommend their service and always return. Extremely professional and helpful
terrible service, rude staff, my husband brought packages for delivery twice, the girl admired her manicure, instead of serving the client, she made him wait, the second time it was an elderly woman, also absolutely not friendly, terrible service
