The East Brunswick FedEx Office was at one time the gold standard in printing and shipping services in the area. However, my most recent experience has revealed to me depths to which this location has fallen. First and last time coming to this location unfortunately. I walked in and asked for help with printing services since I wasn’t sure where anything was or how to print at a self service. The employee named Tina, responded very rudely and was very hostile to me from the moment I walked in to the whole time she was providing me help. My friend was at this store today and was treated HORRIBLY. She simply needed help printing some papers and the worker Tina was extremely hostile and rude. She was treated so poorly, she was nothing but nice and asked for the manager to explain the situation and they refused to give her the workers name and slid it written onto a post it note. Unprofessional!!!!!!

The staff at this site strangely didn't allow us to stick the label to the package. After we insisted, didn't allow us to take a final look on the package. After we insisted, then rejected our package. So we have to go another FedEx location. Very rude. Never saw this anywhere else.
