I love showing up at 1:45 pm on a Saturday and seeing a random sign on the door that says they will re-open at 2:30 pm even though their door and google both say they should have been open until 5 pm with no breaks...
Very helpful staff and my 2 day envelope was on its way quickly. You pay a little less than listed price if you have a FedEx account, which you can set up online.
Overnight delivery???? Can’t get it there in 4 nights! Still somewhere in Ohio. Useless. No urgency or concern in customer service. Once they have your money , don’t care how long it takes. Will never use FedEx again. When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight….. use someone else!!!
