I had very good experience with good and helpful customer service.
This location has THE BEST service for any printing/ shipping location in the area. They have reasonable prices and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product. From shipping, to passport photos, to printing, we have had a great experience every time.
Very impressed by the professionalism and assistance provided by Victor at the Bellevue Factoria location. I don’t use FedEx very often and when I called to inquire what my options might be, Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great job- thank you!
3/5 stars because they printed a portion of my invitation print order on what feels like regular letter/printer paper as opposed to the matte like the rest of my order. I didn't realize this until I got home and opened the stack up. It was shelved in between throughout the matte printed invitations. The correctly printed invitations look good but, overall - I am disappointed that the "quality checked by 4645531" notation on the packaging is lacking.
I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, thanks to Austen’s exceptional customer service. I arrived at 4:25 PM on a weekday, unaware that the last pickup was at 4:30, and needed to send an international document the same day. Austen immediately jumped into action without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced.
