I had a very poor and unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. I went in at 10 a.m. to get business cards printed, and there were no more than two people in the store. I told them I needed them by 1 p.m., and they assured me it would be fine, but I never got a clear timeline. Went in to mail a pre-labelled, pre-paid box. The employee looked at me and said nothing. I set the box on the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. The employee was not busy. He wasn't doing anything. After what seemed an interminable wait, he said "You got a question??!" "No I just want to mail this box" I said.
