Apparently it takes a genius to print… manager Jacob is very condescending individual, who likes the ability to reiterate things to compensate for his lack of… I don’t know in this case if it’s his height or brain cells… anyways long story short, he tells his employees to not help the customers because they need to place the order ahead of time and wait 5 hrs because the some of the printers don’t recognize the font… this doesn’t apply to me because I did self print and the only printer that works is under their counter, and... read more
Quinty is the name of the employee from a previous negative review I believe!!! I witnessed him treating an elderly person in front of me very ugly today. The music in this store is a bit too loud even for me to hear someone talk. He speaks very quietly and when an older lady asked him to repeat louder and to “please speak up” he got even more quiet on purpose. She asked him to come up to her and instead of doing that he motioned with her hand to come up to him. Never ever gave I seen anyone being this rude to older people. ... read more
