I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, thanks to Austen’s exceptional customer service. I arrived at 4:25 PM on a weekday, unaware that the last pickup was at 4:30, and needed to send an international document the same day. Austen immediately jumped into action without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced. This FedEx location like most FedEx locations are terrible. They stole my package.
I came on Tuesday Nov 19, 2024 to ship a package, but store is closed. The staff came at 8:17
