Quinty is the name of the employee from a previous negative review I believe!!! I witnessed him treating an elderly person in front of me very ugly today. The music in this store is a bit too loud even for me to hear someone talk. He speaks very quietly and when an older lady asked him to repeat louder and to “please speak up” he got even more quiet on purpose. 5 stars for Darius only. Promote this man to manager! I almost left one star because of the manager on duty, but Darius saved the night. Near closing, he was juggling three customers with professionalism while the manager logged off early without acknowledging me, even though I was standing at his register. My request would have taken less than three minutes. A simple explanation or redirection would have helped, but instead I was ignored and he left before closing. Darius never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond.
