They don’t seem to care when the line starts building up. Instead of prioritizing customers, they’ll focus on tasks behind the counter and ignore people waiting to be helped. If FedEx employees want a job where they don’t have to interact with or assist customers, they should work in a warehouse or in the back of a kitchen **FedEx Responded but what accountability or change will they do to this location to improve customer service. Recently I went in to the FedEx Factoria Blvd location and was greeted by a smiling Jacob M. I originally went to purchase a box and I felt very lucky to have Jacob’s help. He was the person who wholeheartedly helped me with packing my box and answering my many questions. He has a warm, friendly demeanor and made me feel welcomed!
Just had an amazing experience at the UPS Store Lakemont. When on the phone Reporting Factoria Fedex Office Manager Jacob and Assistant Manager Tim for their harassment regarding the way I entered and exited my vehicle, the customer service representative recommended Fedex Issaquah since the Fedex Office Factoria team was incapable of shipping my package - choosing UPS Lakemont was an overall win since that vendor was closer to my Factoria location. I have been a customer at this FedEx location in Factoria for more than 11 years, and I have never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect. From the moment I walked in, the employee was dismissive and spoke to me in a commanding, condescending manner rather than treating me like a customer. Came by today to ship several returns. Assistant manager,Tim was extremely helpful in helping me print labels, packaging everything. Facility is clean and with ample parking.
