Slow and non responsive. Badly managed.
I swear the people in this FedEx are magic. They help resolve whatever issue I am having whether it is printing or shipping. They take the time to work with me to make sure what I’m doing is the best option and best price. I come in here all of the time for work and they genuinely make my day better every time!!
Avoid this FedEx store if you have another option. Extremely poor service and customer support. Given the recent experience with this site, now it is impossible to trust FedEx for any important things.
