I visited this location inside the Walmart to mail some packages and had the pleasure of working with Rosario. Rosario was professional and helpful to assist me when I needed assistance printing off the labels from my phone. He was patient and walked me through how to complete everything. I would recommend this location and the customer service from Rosario.
Rosario, the store manager, was excellent in every possible way! He was extremely helpful with my complicated orders and very understanding with my time crunch. He had a positive attitude and went above and beyond. I will only be using this Fedex location from now on. Fedex, this guy deserves a raise!
