Had a great experience there printing documents as well as picking up some other supplies. Ally was a great help getting everything done as quick as possible. FedEx always comes through for me.
Staff was not very helpful, and the prices for printing are outrageous: $.71 per page (so double sided is $1.42!) and the quality of the paper and printing was not great. next time I will definitely do my printing through an online service.
I called the facility prior to directing a package to the location to ensure it would not be an issue in my circumstances. After assurances, had a package shipped to this location so I could pick it up. Despite my preparation and presenting the necessary identification, the staff threatened to keep the package. Then they began to patronize me regarding their policies for pick up as if I had never called ahead to ensure in the first place. I will use a different service provider and different mail carrier in the future.
The staff here could not help me get a prepaid shipping label and genuinely did not seem to know much about anything. There were other customers there asking questions they didn’t know answers to. I wasted a lot of time there they could’ve been honest about not knowing how to help me as soon as I walked in.
Every time I go to this Fedex its a terrible experience. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. Do not go to this location if you can avoid it.
