Big ol’ nope, y’all are charging for packing material, literally trash you toss out. Figure out how to make money some other way. Also $20 to ship a box the size of a pack of playing cards. Get out of here FedEx.

The woman with curly black hair was super rude, unable to provide help and didn’t accept my returns despite following all the instructions, kept saying she needed yet another box and that they would have to charge me extra for it when my items were well packaged. Such a waste of time to come all the way to the store for her to have that unkind attitude. Don’t come to this location!!

Had a great experience there printing documents as well as picking up some other supplies. Ally was a great help getting everything done as quick as possible. FedEx always comes through for me.

Staff was not very helpful, and the prices for printing are outrageous: $.71 per page (so double sided is $1.42!) and the quality of the paper and printing was not great. next time I will definitely do my printing through an online service.

I called the facility prior to directing a package to the location to ensure it would not be an issue in my circumstances. After assurances, had a package shipped to this location so I could pick it up. Despite my preparation and presenting the necessary identification, the staff threatened to keep the package. Then they began to patronize me regarding their policies for pick up as if I had never called ahead to ensure in the first place. I will use a different service provider and different mail carrier in the future.
