Friendly and helpful staff
My packages sat at your facility for 2 days waiting for y'all to deliver it. Then the driver comes out delivered the small package with a picture, the over $2000 package that required signature, they decided to sign for themselves and not deliver. Your DRIVER stole my package that was over $2000 and I get sent to a call center. Pathetic. Great business practice guys. Way to hire!
Not sure why my review isn’t showing up, but one of their drivers stole a 200$ package from us, they then denied my claim and I could not get my money back, after speaking to MULTIPLE people and doing a quick facebook search it seems this establishment is actual trash. They not only HOLD packages but they will open them and clean them straight from your porch. you also cannot get a phone call with them or a sensible manager for anything.
Called out of work twice for a package that I HAVE to sign for and both times no one showed up at all. Pathetic I will NOT be using this company ever again.
