I was feeling lost and frazzled after 3 other FedEx locations weren’t able to help me. I had two giant boxes to return with no labels, just QR codes. At this location a person named Robert came out to my car and helped me. Then he waited patiently while I struggled to locate my codes. As I was searching, I watched him help other people with the same kindness, courtesy and care. It’s rare these days when someone goes out of their way like that. Second time at this store and second time not even acknowledged by the staff who were otherwise occupied. I was literally the only customer there at the time and had no acknowledgment until I walked around the corner and just stared at the employee until they said they would “be right there”. Fast forward several minutes, and the actual dropping off of a package with a pre-printed label took a fraction of the time compared to the time standing there waiting with no one else in line. My wife and I came to your store yesterday on Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe. The very first minute that we came in, a gentleman smiled and gave us full energy of genuine service. He offered me a hand truck to help me bring in a heavy item from the car. Later, we found ourselves in a bind, and the next thing we knew, Jennifer came to our rescue. She went way over the call of duty and we walked away feeling like king and queen. This team is exceptional. May there be many like you!

I could not believe the attitude and lack of customer service received from the representative at this store. We had packages that we needed to have packed and obtain a shipping label for; she said she could not do it now because she was by herself. I then asked if she could provide us with a label as these were valuable items and I want to make sure they all got into the box.
