Friendly people but when i finally needed help, like actual effort, changing a signature requirement on a package shipped from this exact store, they proved unknowledgeable and unhelpful in resolving my issue. Once your package leaves this store you are on your own, is the reality.
It all depends on who is working. If Alex or Jesus are there, you're going to have a friction-free and friendly experience. I always breathe a sigh of relief if I see either of those guys when I walk in.
The services that weren't provided online were provided in store, (more advanced printing layout). Team members were extremely helpful and patient with the complexity of the order and accepted the check, which was very helpful for our non-profit. Great customer service!
Fast, efficient and courteous. Keep in mind, the parking is around the BACK of the building.
