The services that weren't provided online were provided in store, (more advanced printing layout). Team members were extremely helpful and patient with the complexity of the order and accepted the check, which was very helpful for our non-profit. Great customer service!

People will often take the time when they get less than satisfying service but they forget to acknowledge and demonstrate appreciation for those who go over and beyond. In a time of grief, my fiancé and I were working hard to create a memorial presentation. We hit many roadblocks, when it came time to complete the last task of saving the project, we were hit with yet another roadblock. Jesus took the time to show compassion and empathy. He took the time to help us get the file transferred and saved to our flash drives. While it was a simple task for him, it was a challenge for us that we did not need at this time.
