I had to print 51 8.5x11 copies on regular paper with standard gloss. When I went online to order through the FedEx site, it quoted me at $1,127! 😱 I called this office to confirm the price and Joseph quoted me $42. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. You can't replace good service with a robot. I'll be printing with Joseph from now on.
Marie exemplifies customer service, and FedEx should be humbled that she is an employee! Service with a Smile and her product knowledge are invaluable to FedEx!
Joseph was so helpful. He made the whole process of shipping medical supplies back to my former employer. He went above and beyond to make this a very stress-free experience. I truly appreciate him and his great customer service 👍👍
11/02/2022 I had to return an incorrect item. I had to show a QR code so they could print a return address. This was done very quickly. The customer service was excellent and friendly. The store is small but organized and clean.
