I was staying at the Intercontinental and ahead of my stay, I sent several packages to the hotel. Marlene, of the FedEx team, was careful, friendly, and incredibly helpful with ensuring I got everything I sent! I really appreciated her incredible customer service.

This location supposed to be open at 7 am Monday to Saturday.. I'm waiting there and it's close at 7:20

This is NOT FedEx for free, i.e., NORMAL, drop offs. There isva mimimum $5 fee per item! This needs to be made clear. UPS wins every time
