Friendly and quick service.
Rondell and Matt went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. They deserve some of the highest leadership positions at Fedex one day based on their efficiency, professionalism and knowledge.
I have used these services several times and find them customer service excellent. Dasia (if I have your name wrong, blame my mind) has helped me a few times and is wonderful.
Rondell assisted me with shipping a few documents internationally and he was incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent experience and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Will be coming back for my future shipping needs.
Price listed for copies was .21 for regular 8.5 x 11 paper b&w. The actual price (self service) was .75. When I asked about why the price was so high I was told there are additional taxes involved. Now IDK what tax makes it more than 3 times as much, but I didn't have time to argue. There is some kind of racket going on here. Just beware.
