Not only did he clearly answer all my questions, but he also kindly informed me of a few helpful details before my visit to make the process smooth and easy. Upon arrival, Jasmine assisted me further. She was very professional and had such a great attitude, making the whole experience quick and effortless. Excellent service from both Patrick and Jasmine — truly appreciated.
We were shipping several suitcases internationally. William is very knowledgeable for all our questions and kept helpful and patient all through the process. We’d love to come back if there is any more tasks need to be handled by FedEx.

The BEST fedex experience. I was shipping tv and other stuff, one near the crossroads quoted me 2.5x HIGHER the price and was so unhelpful. Thankfully we went to this place, not only were they 100000x more professional and nice…they took care of so much and helped me with process and was 2.5x less cheaper!!!!!! AMAZING
