I goto to this location 80% of the time since it’s convenient from my work and I would usually rate this a 3 star at best; however, I had such N awesome experience I had to comment. So normally when I drop off FedEx packages I’m use to being pointed to the self directed check out. I normally like having it checked in with a person, but for at least a couple years I thought it was the norm that I had to use the self directed kiosk. Had a great experience and very pleased by service ! Luke was exceptional, he was very patient and helped me with all my queries and also gave me the best possible options for my complicated shipping case.
Only the regional manager knows how to print anything. Everyone else there is a glorified clerk
