Terrible service. Went to take a passport photo, costed 19 for photos and 10 for usb drive because they wouldn’t email or let me use my own drive. Turns out the photo didn’t meet specs because they didn’t align my head properly. Extremely unprofessional.🤮
This FedEx location has saved me several times with a few rush print jobs and that is something I am truly grateful for. They deliver on time and are a communicative team. Even when online systems and machine have processing issues, they do whatever it takes to get it done. Kudos to the FedEx team on Bellevue Way.
I wanted to leave a review in appreciation of Lidia. She handled 4-7 customers on her own with great professionalism and a smile on her face. I imagine the storefront is chaotic when you see that traffic and I was impressed with how she handled it!
