Went in to get a battery claim going on a power tool. They turned me away saying something about the battery being hazardous. Not sure if this is on Home Depot (rigid brand) or fedex but i have a prepaid fedex label and got some very poor service. My favorite part of this very poor experience is when i asked if the ‘other’ locations they sent me to could put the battery in a box and they said…. with a smile…. ‘I do not know.’ Fedex ship centers that cannot ship things is…. not really a ship center is it?
