FedEx shipping generally sucks. I always cringe when a company says they’re shipping something to me via FedEx. THAT BEING SAID, Brad and the guys at this location are awesome to deal with. Always a friendly face and a good conversation. Keep it up guys

I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome . All 3 employees displayed outstanding customer service . This was my first experience with FedEx since my usual shipping companies are closed Sundays . I had a quick turnaround project for a client meeting first thing the next morning, and after the two UPS stores closer to my office said no, Shane at FedEx said yes. Not only did he stay after hours to get it done, he called to make sure he had specific details correct to do the job exactly how I needed it.
