Had to print something for a homeschool group when my printer stopped , had the paper , asked if they could help and was told it would be over $2 a sheet because I had to use their paper. Its a very small budget and was trying to print for a keepsake, already spent the money for supplies so I was stuck. Not helpful at all!!. I wasn't asking for a handout . I was having one of "those" days. I thought I had placed a simple document print job to this store electronically. I get there ... out of sorts ... to pick up this document but was told they didn't get my print job. Longer story but the short version is that Brad helped me sort it all out & printed in no time flat. This location has the best customer service & care. Thank you so much.

Why is it more expensive for the second copy for the exact same process? Shane never explained to me why he charged me $2.50?
