Fantastic service. The service person (E. J.) promptly helped with my needs, speeding up my tasks and ensuring my files were 100% correct. He treated my needs like they were his own needs. Really, really impressed!

Phone number and address listed are in my city but when I try and call for information on a missed package to the local number at the Walmart store, I get an operator in a foreign country that couldn’t even say the name of the city correctly due to being a foreign speaking representative.. In addition they were not able to handle my questions satisfactory.

I agree with the other comment these white boys in this location are thieves twice they stole the item in package and sent empty package. They always ask what's in it saying they have to know what it is when you dont have to tell them specifically only if it contains hazardous materials. Of course fed ex does nothing about the thieves they employ. DO NOT USE THE WALMART FED EX!!!

Don’t ever send anything through this fed ex location. I sent out jewelry items and they stole half of my product. Major thief’s and the fed ex is not covering the insurance money because they have to review the cameras and still no response. I warn you big time that the manager is a thief and do not ship out through them!!!!
