Charge a fee for dropping off a box with a prepaid shipping label already on it because it’s inside a hotel. Nothing on FedEx’s website indicates that it’s not a normal full-service FedEx because of its location. Wish I’d read the other reviews before walking over here from my office.
It's ridiculous that there are extra charges at this location just for dropping off an already labeled and paid-for package!
really bad service
Extra surcharge but any other FedEx is not charged. Otherwise, service was good, but not worth it.
Lee he claim his name was with the dreads was very rude and tried to charge me $10 to drop off a package. Read the reviews don’t come here. I asked if I could come to the counter and he stated he was with a customer then as soon as I said something about his tone then he want to take me. Smh
