Extra surcharge but any other FedEx is not charged. Otherwise, service was good, but not worth it.
Lee he claim his name was with the dreads was very rude and tried to charge me $10 to drop off a package. Read the reviews don’t come here. I asked if I could come to the counter and he stated he was with a customer then as soon as I said something about his tone then he want to take me. Smh
Strongly recommend finding another location. Handling Fees: My package was sent by the hotel to this location, without my consent. They then charged me $15 to get my package. Same day, I had a package to ship out via pre-paid label, and they tried to charge me a fee for dropping off the pre-paid package. I walked out. Won't come back here, or to the attached Hyatt.
7 dollars handling fee for a 1lb package that’s handled to the hotel. Rip-off.
The handling fee is ridiculous. More like handle deeznuts. I went to another fedex location
