Reliably terrible service and this time the manager refused to take my Adidas return without adding a surcharge to add packing material. He claimed that I could not send the box back the same way I received it per Fedex rules. I asked him for scissors or a box cutter, so I could make the box smaller and not need packing material. He said he didn't have these items in his store. When I told him "bullshit", he was offended. Funny!! (NOT!)

The worker with shoulder length wavy brown hair with bangs is downright nasty. Her attitude needs checked. I was shipping boxes of equipment back to my employer and had the misfortune of being ‘helped’ by that girl. She walked up to the counter already with an attitude. I told her where the boxes were going and she rapid-fire spat off questions without allowing me to get a word in to answer. All with a nasty and uncooperative attitude. The male individual (I didn’t catch his name) who works there is so rude and seems to be annoyed that you are there as a customer! Stop being so rude to customers!!!

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They look at you like you’re stupid, refuse to help, and raise their voices when they’re frustrated. Instead of assisting customers, they create a hostile environment. If you want to be mistreated and leave feeling drained, this is the place.
