Absolutely terrible customer service at this FedEx Office location. I arrived with a valid government-issued ID matching the exact name on the package, yet the employee refused to help or even properly check the system because I did not have the tracking number available at that moment. I have been picking up packages at this location twice a month for the past 9 years, which made the treatment even more disappointing. One of the worst FedEx Office locations I’ve visited. The young employee who assisted me, speaking both English and Spanish, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Very disappointing customer service experience.
