Jessyca was amazing. Our customer service was beyond exceptional, and she was very patient with me unexplained how printing out flyers worked. She even showed me the design prior to printing. I highly recommend seeing her in Brickell.
Horrible service! If you need to print a FedEx label, it takes them about an hour. You have to email it and wait several minutes. A process that should take a maximum of 3 minutes at this store ends up taking an hour. UPS is much faster and way more efficient. I had to wait in line three times just to ship one package, spending countless minutes. All of this for a package that I had a prepaid label for from their own site. It’s absurd.
El servicio es terrible, llegué puntual, me cerraron la puerta en mi cara y aunque mi pedido estaba listo y solo era para pick up fueron incapaces de atenderme o al menos abrir la puerta para dar alguna respuesta. No es la primera vez que me ocurre en este mismo establecimiento , siempre resulta una mala experiencia. El resultado siempre es el mismo, el objetivo es lograr que el cliente salga insatisfecho
Monday morning is not east for everyone I get it. But the staff with glasses in the morning on Monday could be more considerate and treat customers fairly. When I had a problem with printing things out he blamed my files and said ‘these machines had no problem all this morning’ and didn’t help me. But right after me, a male customer had a same problem with the other machine, the same staff went to the customer and not blaming his files also helped his situation. Afternoon staffs were always great tho
I received the most superb service from Mr. Jordan and Mr. Ivan. The staff here at the FedEx in Mary Brickell Village make you feel at home with their proficient customer service. The ease of which they take and give instructions is masterful. The observable care that they treated us clients with is masterful to the superlative extent.
