If I could give zero stars, I would have. I came here to get assistance in printing a photo for my newborns passport. I can’t begin to express how unhelpful the gentleman was working on 04/01 at 8 AM. Not only did he push me away from having the photos printed, he told me it would take up to 2/3 hours to get it done. I have a newborn and this was insanely inconvenient. He was rude and unhelpful. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Had a great experience at FedEx thanks to Daiana! She was incredibly fast, efficient, and made sure my printing work came out perfectly. The quality was excellent, and her customer service was top-notch. Definitely my go-to place for printing needs. Highly recommend!

I have gone to many locations of Fed Ex over the years. I had such a wonderful experience at this location of FedEx just now with Pablo that I asked someone to show me how to put a review on Google. I had to fax a letter and send a package to New York. He was so patient and helpful beyond what is normal that I asked him if he was the manager. He said he was not.
