Customer Service????????? Don't think so – I hate to rant against any business trying to do business in this anti-business city, but Kinkos takes the cake for substandard service in San Francisco. I am certain Kinkos was the inspiration for Dave Chappelle's rip on poorly trained, low grade labor. This store couldn't pack anything I requested, whether it was collateral material for an upcoming trade show or clothes for my visiting in-laws.
