Emily is fantastic! I rely of her and Bruce for all our office printing and shipping needs. Whether it's getting full color decks printed and bound under a deadline or shipping items to Japan, Emily is there to offer kind and prompt support and guidance. We love and appreciate our Century City Fedex Team! They go above and beyond!

So, I'm giving this place 5 stars purely on how helpful the people working there are. I feel a bit like I ended up at an odd FedEx, this one is inside of one of the towers in century city (I sort of apprehensively walked in unsure of if I was even going to find the business I was looking for). They don't have a comprehensive store there by any means, but the staff was so ridiculously helpful! I asked if they sold stamps, they don't... but she just gave me one of her personal ones so I could mail a letter off once I found an ... read more
Terrible experience. Arrived 20 minutes before they closed, but the building security guard would not allow me to enter to go to the FedEx store. The parking lot is very complicated to enter and find a space, and costs $3.50 per 12 minutes. This is a terrible location, and should not be used by anyone not already part of the office building.
