I’ve come to this location 3 times in the past 6 months and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff are always helpful and positive.
This place sucks. All I wanted was 4 copies of 2 pieces of paper. They said they had a minimum and had to put on a card of theirs. When she asked how much to put on, I said 8 times whatever the cost was of the copy. She rolled her eyes and smirked at me. I asked what the problem was, and she said I was aggressive. The staff is so rude in the location don’t want to help kept saying I can’t do anything about it when the service says they can! Idiot workers!!!
I know you walk into FedEx expecting poor service but it’s crazy how consistent it can be at a single location. Every time I come here I am straight up ignored unless I get lucky with a good worker. I mean, I’m sure they’re paying barely above minimum wage but this is unacceptable. I also blame Fedex for understaffing their stores.
