FedEx is often hit or miss in regard to customer service but today was a big miss. When I arrived an associate was helping someone. I stood near the register that he was at and waited patiently for 5 minutes. He acknowledged I was waiting and said without any expression " Thank you for waiting. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I'm not that easy to impress, but this store is the real deal (no kidding). They are always polite and professional, and no consistent long lines, I LOVE IT! The Oliver Road Store gets 5-Stars! If you see a bad review... it's probaly from someone who got FedEx confused with the store that rhymes with 'MAPLES'. I’ve come to this location 3 times in the past 6 months and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff are always helpful and positive.
This place sucks. All I wanted was 4 copies of 2 pieces of paper. They said they had a minimum and had to put on a card of theirs. When she asked how much to put on, I said 8 times whatever the cost was of the copy. She rolled her eyes and smirked at me. I asked what the problem was, and she said I was aggressive. Lol, then the other gal said it would cost, I believe 5 dollars or something like that, for them to help me at the counter. Give me a break.
