Jasmine provided excellent customer service. It was my first time at this location and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.
If you don’t want true customer service, then Staples is the place for you. But if you’re looking for quick, professional, and excellent customer service, THIS is the place to go! I had the pleasure of being helped by Priscilla at FedEx after Staples gave me a nightmare experience. FedEx is often hit or miss in regard to customer service but today was a big miss. When I arrived an associate was helping someone. I stood near the register that he was at and waited patiently for 5 minutes. He acknowledged I was waiting and said without any expression " Thank you for waiting. " An associate in the back acknowledged me and said the same thing. Then another customer came in and waited closer to the associate. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I'm not that easy to impress, but this store is the real deal (no kidding). They are always polite and professional, and no consistent long lines, I LOVE IT! The Oliver Road Store gets 5-Stars! If you see a bad review... it's probaly from someone who got FedEx confused with the store that rhymes with 'MAPLES'.
