The staff was awful! I used the self service print and made 150 copies. I asked if I could get a sleeve or bag for the copies and the cashier responded that they don’t have bags. I asked if I could purchase the bags that they gave costumers when they had orders printed and she said no since I used the self service. She said she wouldn’t even know what to charge. I suggested the 10 cents/bag charge. Her response was, actually we are out. The pure snotty attitude and unwillingness to help will keep me from ever returning here.... read more
Just wait till the next day and go find a UPS store .....worst customer service 15minutes for anyone to greet us and we we’re the only ones in the store took two minutes to fill out shipping info and 50 minutes to box up $90 to ship two boxes that contents worth $100
The lady that assisted us was completely impatient and short with me and my coworker. She literally told us to go to UPS, which we did! What valuable employee does that?!
