I landed at DFW at 7 am and needed to get last minute marketing materials printed for an event that morning. Trevor was super helpful and kind! Pro tip: bring a usb drive because emailing the files to the FedEx location was taking a long time.

I used FedEx for our event we had at the Hyatt Regency. Let me tell you—the service was awesome! Despite being unable to get things shipped out by their closing time Friday, the hotel staff brought my stuff to FedEx who then shipped it out the following week. The service at this location is incredible and definitely made the process of shipping all of our stuff back so much easier. And while FedEx is always a pain, the staff here made it feel easier to manage and did their best to assist with what I needed.
I stopped in for a quick drop off of a Google Pixel phone. Google sent the return label and all I had to do was hand it to FedEx. They printed me a receipt with the tracking number and the package arrived right on time.
Why would this place NOT be open on a Saturday?? Does FedEx not know that people travel for business on weekends, too? Ridiculous, and a huge disservice to Hyatt guests.
