Fast and friendly service.
Google fiber covers the packaging costs for returns, however, the lady who helped me charged me $6 for packaging. I insisted that it was included and asked her if she had run into that issue before. She gave me a dismissive answer and asked me to step aside, so I decided to just pay because I was in a hurry. If she had been a little more helpful or given me 20 seconds to reread the email I would have found the other QR code that includes packaging.
