Manager rude and arrogant.
The store attendant was extremely rude today and unhelpful with basic questions. I've always had bad experiences at this particular FedEx but this one made me feel compelled to write a review and hopefully it get's some action taken. After dealing with the fedex automated system for 10 minutes, I finally got through to this location and the attendant was super rude. I had such a great experience at the FedEx location on Hillcrest Road in Dallas, TX today, thanks to Tatum. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to walk me through setting up a FedEx account, answered all of my questions, and made sure my package was mailed with care and ease. Tatum was incredibly helpful with a fast print job I needed done. She followed up with me to make sure I got what I needed, and everything came out perfectly and in record time. I found my new print shop!
