Visit this office to ship items for return to online retailer. Wonderful customer service, patient and attentive. Will come visit here again surely.
Frank was very generous with me and assisted me with all of my questions, first time shipping a package and he helped me out tremendously.
Worst service, long line, no eye contact by staff, and when finally asked if there was a way to do pick ups that were pre-ordered and prepaid told no.
Thank you all staff there for working on weekend and being so patient to teach me how to print the labels:) Happy Holidays to all of you~
