Kourtney was the most kindest person I’ve ever encountered at this location!!!!
These poor old guys needs to be retired bcz they don't even know how to talk to customers or even explain how return works for those who is their first time returning online, They act surprised "Sorry I never worked in Fedex before I don't know how it works" and not even help you to process the return with kind of rude behavior.
Christian’s patience and kindness blew me off two days ago when I needed help. I did not even consider the solution he came up with. Every time I came in at this location I received great service, but Christian was really above and beyond! Thank you!
Visit this office to ship items for return to online retailer. Wonderful customer service, patient and attentive. Will come visit here again surely.
