I think its absolutely ridiculous they allow these aggressive girls out front of the store to harass people for money. They are super annoying and aggressive. Every time I go in here this week these girls are there. Too aggressive. Too annoying. Fedex should manage this. The cause is good, the aggressive girls are not.

I recently had a notebook made at the FedEx location in Rockwall, and I can't express how pleased I am with the experience! Pam, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and sweet throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent suggestions that made my notebook exactly what I wanted. Made experience quick, painless and got me right back to what my time needed to be dedicated to, out the door and down the road to the next fire waiting to be put out!! Thank you for being an asset and not another sponge sucking the life and money out of people like has become commonplace in today's world.... Efficient but unassuming with very competitive pricing. Slightly smaller than my regular sites, so I don't want to speculate what happens when there is a customer surge.
