Too expensive ridiculous pricing. 80% more than other carriers.
Absolutely terrible experience. I spend over $400 a month on printing, and every time I’ve called, both Alex and Osandra have been dismissive and unhelpful. They constantly mention how busy they are and make it clear that helping customers isn’t a priority. I’ve called over five times and emailed at least ten times with no resolution or follow-up. The lack of customer service and care is unacceptable. And then ended the call by telling me to go elsewhere
