Hi my name is isaiah. I'm not paid for this or anything. Ima tell it like it is. these people are amazing ! . I had a problem where i went to one fed ex location sunday 9/7/2025 that told me lithium batteries cant be returned at their location so I was told to go to the location in downtown miami where they do receive it. So today 9/8/2025 I went to that location and was told they do not accept lithium battery scooters in boxes to be returned. I had the best experience at the FedEx office in Midtown thanks to Osiris and Daniel. Their service was excellent — patient, professional, and always attentive. They have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with everything I’ve needed. I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
