I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location today. The workers I interacted with was extremely rude, the woman was giving looks to other people about me that made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. When I needed help fixing a file, she showed no interest in assisting and simply acted like she didn’t have time for me. There was no effort to offer a solution or even basic customer service. Efficient and friendly service. I needed to drop off a package and print a document. I got both things done quickly with the help of staff.
PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION, MY FRIENDS IN MIDTOWN, INSTEAD JUST GO TO THE FEDEX AT 6925 BISCAYNE BLVD. This one in midtown honestly be the worst FedEx location in the world. An employee (I think her name was something like Cyrus) refused to accept my package, claiming that it was “wet.” In reality, only about 10% of the package even looked slightly damp.
