I’m not a fan of this location because parking is horrible in the area but I tend to find myself using it because it’s close to my house and stays open later than USPS. I’m usually very patient, and I understand wait times happen—but this FedEx location often tests that patience. Today I was in a rush, waited while three customers who arrived after me were helped before me, and when I finally made it to the counter, I was told I couldn’t ship my packages because I didn’t have a physical copy of my ID. I’ve been to this location twice to drop off genetic tests for my daughter on both occasions the staff present are very friendly and attentive he store is very clean also and I love the self drop off keep up the great work
