Excellent service, great job, and v quick delivery on my book's 300ish page manuscript. A shout-out to Omar who answered my questions on the phone and walked me through a few issues I was having online. Also Kimberly and Jacob were awesome. Very happy with the service.
I’m not 100% certain but I believe the young man’s name was Jacob; the service was excellent! He was extremely patient with us and the package sent out arrived timely. Great customer service.
Not surprising this store doesn’t have a high rating. My pet peeve is being asked to use a self service kiosk where the employee stands next to you the entire time while you to the work. Either you do it or I do it but not both. And if I’m doing the work myself, where is the discount that you’re passing on to me as a consumer for your saved labor?
