Very rude and unfriendly counter person. Never acknowledged me, never made eye contact, just asked what I needed then never said another word. Did all the order entry, took my package, then just stood there.... I didn't know if I was finished or if there was anything else to do. She just stood there.... I had to ask if there was anything else needed, and she just said, "no", so I left.

The employees are extremely rude to the customers. They have terrible attitudes. It’s unacceptable. They also need a new manager because she is just as bad. Do better FedEx. This is ridiculous.

Super rude employee (young, female, lots of tattoos, African American). Made me so nervous to ship my fragile item.

First and last time I will ever go there! The black girl at the counter was so rude! You want customer service? Go somewhere else!

Really bad attitude from an employee. I had the misfortune of dealing with the same employee on two separate occasions, and each time she has treated me like something she stepped in. Just a hideously bad attitude, and now the local UPS store has found a life long customer. I won't be back to deal with this train-wreck of an employee.
