There was nobody in the store and the girl working there in the morning wouldn’t help me laminate something lol I asked for help and after mumbling vague instructions and turning back to whatever she was doing I just left.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am sure that senior management of this company has no idea how horrific the situation really is in that building. Don’t come here unless you want to be spoken to like a child & an inconvenience to their social hour & shenanigans.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this shop for years and typically receive quick decent service. Those days are gone! I came in here on Tuesday and was never acknowledged and the workers went behind a covering up front. I could hear them laughing and talking about some pictures they were looking at.
