Parking is the only issue I have experienced at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues with packages going out or being held for me.
Malika helped me quickly print, scan and return a file with professional and positive support. I don't use the services often so it's learning all over each time but this time was a breeze. Additionally it's much more cost effective than buying the tools for home.

Customer service here is abysmal. I don’t even know how this can exist. Lady working (Mariana maybe?) was basically telling someone to read the printer instructions and offered 0 help. Didnt care to do anything at all to help him, then at the end realized there was an issue with the printer, poor dude. Then just getting a quote to ship took so long, rude tone, and I felt like she didn’t care at all about what we needed to do. Slow, inefficient, and I’m glad I don’t live here and have to go here regularly
