Arrived at 8:59 AM. They open at 9 AM. I waited until 9:05 and it was still closed and it appeared no one was in the store - lights off, no employees, door still locked. The FedeEx website also showed 9 AM. I know I got there directly at opening time, but still, you’re a professional business. I unfortunately had to leave and go to work. I was already bummed because this is the closest location, and it opens later at 9 AM, so I was already waiting for them to open.
