I have just one simple question. Why FedEx is still exist with so primitive level of management?
This place is too short blocks from my apartment. I never use FedEx because of this place. Terrible, terrible attitude with lazy, extraordinarily unhappy staff.
This place truly saved me!! The staff were extremely helpful and made a last-minute next-day air delivery possible!
The FedEx’s team member at the store location added wrong dimensions and weights for my packages and billed me excessively for the whole shipment. Since the packages were picked up within 30 mins of dropping off, I was unable to cancel or verify the details. After learning about the incorrect information, I tried to cancel the shipment and have it returned to the location so I could pickup and reship from a different location.
