I went to FedEx on EVERETT Mall Way this morning. Not know how to do what I needed to do there. Andrew walked me thru the whole process and he even went so far as to put together the 6 packages together in order and paper clip them for me. This was such a help to me as I had no idea how to do this correctly. What a great help Andrew was to me today… and did it with a smile! Thank you Andrew!❤️
Heidi is a racist! Also rude and unprofessuinal refused to assist me shipping a passport which is time sensitive. My wife who is white had no issues shipping her passport here last week. You will be reported to the authorities.

The worst customer service that I can recall! I went there to scan and email some documents. The manager was immediately rude and obnoxious! After she flat out refused to help me, she actually told a kind employee that was trying to help me that they where not allowed to help me in any way. Not only was she treating me like this, she treated her own employee absolutely terrible. And all this with the most obnoxious smirk on her face!
