Heidi is a racist! Also rude and unprofessuinal refused to assist me shipping a passport which is time sensitive. My wife who is white had no issues shipping her passport here last week. You will be reported to the authorities.

The worst customer service that I can recall! I went there to scan and email some documents. The manager was immediately rude and obnoxious! After she flat out refused to help me, she actually told a kind employee that was trying to help me that they where not allowed to help me in any way. Not only was she treating me like this, she treated her own employee absolutely terrible. And all this with the most obnoxious smirk on her face! The gentleman working there was incredibly condescending and rude. I wish I got his name. He’s a white middle aged male with grey hair and a grey beard. i dont have to use fedx much so i wasnt really sure how to do it ? so instead of telling me how to process worked i was suppose to read his mind ? when i got tired of his attutied and ask why he was being so rude he got mad and kick us out lol
