One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The staff member in charge appeared completely uninterested in her job and displayed a poor attitude. She was unwilling to assist me with a simple print job and failed to provide clear information about how their system works. The store/FedEx charges based on time, requiring customers to estimate in advance how long they will need to use the computer and pre-authorize their credit card.
