Never will go here again. Staff is extremely rude and obviously hate their jobs. I got a shipment through fedex delivered to my place of employment. I needed to return to exchange the item. When I got to the location, I wanted to ship it back in the same exact box that I got it in because OBVIOUSLY YOU TOOK IT ONCE. No. He said I needed to pay for a box or find a different one because he wouldn’t take it. I will honestly probably never come here again and will make sure to tell everyone I see about it.
I came in to have some coaching playcards made for my youth football team. I ordered them the night before and they were done by 11am unfortunately they were printed incorrectly, no problem. The associate who printed them was a little disgruntled that it wasn’t to my liking. Andrew, the manager could see she was starting to get upset even though I didn’t say anything. Wonderful staff! Benel helped me with a custom print job that couldn't be done on their self service machine. He was done in a flash even when they were busy. Polite and efficient.
