The older gentlemen that work are during the day so courteous and helpful. I've been in there 5-6 times in the past several years, and never disappointed. I'm willing to pay a couple bucks more for good service, but I didn't have to.
Came in for a passport photo. They were so friendly and efficient!
Forget the USPS and their dysfunction, FEDEX is my go-to. It's close to home and gets your stuff to destination on time. Doesn't lose packages either.
Best Fedex I have ever used! Friendly and helpful customer service. Often meet me at the scanner by the door to take my ebay shipped package. Gave me good tip on finding certain boxes since they didn't have the right size. Very well managed as several employees are very positive and engaged. Way better than USPS or Eagan Fedex.
The customer service is so bad and racist. I just got here to fax something and the guy named Don was so rude to me for doing nothing wrong. Only ask him to help me fax something and when a white guy came, he helped him. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
