I was shipping a phone back to Apple for repairs. Apple received that package but not the phone inside. A FedEx employee stole the phone out or it. When I went to this facility to address it, I was met with rude service, told to call the 800 number (which I already had) but not even provided that number. Now I’m responsible for the $1300 for the phone because an employee stole it, and fedex doesn’t care

Thanks for your laziness. Completed wasted. The package was completely opened so much so that I could see the soda can poking out. How do you deliver a package like that? SERIOUSLY?! I don’t know who y'all are hiring but they should be fired. $90 order of food. Wasted. Y'all have ALWAYS BEEN TERRIBLE. My AT&T router was SOAKED last time. Above and Beyond! Staff helped with a few signs for a local event and they were all extremely helpful, great service!

I had a couple of awkward items I needed to ship for work. Gary was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. He was thorough in explaining options and pricing and had me out the door in just a couple of minutes. I really thought this task was going to be a challenge, but Gary made it a breeze!
