Unfortunately there is not a rating below poor. Stopped to have them pack and ship five items in their highly touted "Pack and Ship" program. I left the items with them because they said they needed to inspect them for condition issues before they packed them. I left my business card so they could call me when the packages were ready. I returned to the store after one hour and they had not started. I was told they would be ready for shipment in 30 minutes. I returned after 35 minutes and THEY HAD NOT EVEN PACKED THE ITEMS!
