Súper slow don't come here and charge you for shipping in a shoe box
Extremely slow service for a Tuesday at 5:30pm 7 people in line with only 1 person working. This isn't the first time, I've had this problem here.
JD IS THE BEST. Got so lucky that he was my representative, I was about to miss the cut off time for Saturday delivery, thankfully I called and he was waiting for me in the parking lot. Insane customer service. Will be using this fed-ex FOREVER.
Rudy did an amazing job with me today. He was so helpful and sweet. He even came and removed the heavy packages out of my vehicle for me. I was more impressed that he remembered my name. I wish I could give him a 10 star review
