I had a very disappointing experience with FedEx. I went in to ship a tea set I sold on eBay, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. To avoid any issues, I paid extra to have the item professionally packaged, marked as fragile, and fully insured. Despite this, the package arrived completely broken. Anytime I visit or call this location they are always so kind and helpful!! It’s so refreshing to experience. Just recently Aliyah helped me understand what type of prints I was looking for and gave great instructions on how and where to purchase them!

Went there without printed labels for my best buy returns. A tall guy helped me print them for me. Was done within no time.
I went in today to print copies of a presentation on some of their resume paper. I was flustered because Google says they close at 7 & I got there at 6:42. Allen helped me right away with picking out the right color & instead of me struggling with the printer, he printed my documents for me. Thank you Allen for the great service!
