Rudy did an amazing job with me today. He was so helpful and sweet. He even came and removed the heavy packages out of my vehicle for me. I was more impressed that he remembered my name. I wish I could give him a 10 star review
The staff was so kind helpful and welcoming. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The Hispanic gentleman was very helpful and nice as was the other African American lady with the dreads I believe, I wish I got their names but I didn’t. I don’t usually leave reviews but these two made my experience very pleasant.
They get the job done but zero stars for their customer service. The lady who attended to me really didn’t want to be there from her behavior Needed to ship an envelope and had just asked for a receipt at the end of it, which I would have thought is obvious for my tracking records.
JD was remarkable! I'll tell you why. I accidentally broke a frame with my roomate's mother's picture in it. The frame was so old that the glass stuck to the picture. I brought it in to the FedEx store.Spoke with JD told him my predicament.He looked at the picture for a few minutes, then told me to give him a few more minutes.
