I dont know what people are talking about - this was the easiest FedEx experience I’ve ever had Reece is kind, helpful, and patient! I had 5 different printing/mailing projects and he was super gracious with me Will be back
Terribly run and NOT customer friendly. I easily saw why they get terrible reviews.
BEWARE!!! I felt so unwelcome in this establishment. The woman working at the counter did not greet me even after I greeted her, snatched my package, and remained silent my entire encounter. As soon as a Caucasian customer walked in she immediately greeted them with a smile. Extremely racist and bad attitude. Will never utilize this location and will alert my friends, colleagues, church members, family, classmates, mentor, local elected officials, and business partners to NEVER use this location.
Reece was freaking awesome! I'm so grateful for how friendly and helpful they were.
