This location is AMAZING! 5 stars all around. The staff has helped us multiple times with tricky print issues. Then helped us figure out best way to get our materials to a different state for an event. SO HELPFUL!!
Literally the only helpful FedEx employees in the company. I was expecting a package with a 2-day delivery; the delivery was delayed for nearly 20 days. I especially appreciate Reese who was able to provide evidence and reasoning for my delayed delivery. Any time I called corporate customer service, I was given no information and told “well, it’s on its way.” When I called this location, I received actual help from Reese. Extremely slow and rude staff
Love this FedEx location and the staff there! They are always quick to welcome me with a smile, and have been nothing but helpful with packaging and any printing work that I have needed done!
