I asked a clerk for the time and his response was 30 mins off. I asked again 10 mins later and the other clerk gave me the correct time. Thank you again. The first clerk was engaged in a loud conversation with another customer, interrupting my "self service" costly copying activity that required full attention. It's a copy center, not a park! That first clerk was all around rude and inconsiderate. Get a grip guy!! Use better C.S. FEDEX skills and much needed training 🙄

I had to pick up a fairly heavy package and was worried about getting it in my car. Gloria helped me and she was wonderful. She took it to the car for me and loaded it in. So nice when an employee goes above and beyond to help!
