Robert Huitrado provided excellent customer services for me. He did above and beyond helping me with printing for my business. I highly recommend working with him at this store. He is patient and very friendly. He deserves to be in a mangeral position. Thank you so much Fedex!!!
Come here for print services! I've used the printers at this location and always interact with very professional staff who make sure I have what I need. Most recently, I interacted with Gloria. She was kind, professional, and helpful. Getting me in and out without feeling rushed.
On Nov 13 The woman there alone in the morning charge me $15 to fax 6 pages and the FedEx card read only $12 I was ripped off she didn't even give me a receipt.
Eddy is THE MAN! I brought in a piece of framed artwork (under glass) that had sentimental value. He gave me a shipping quote (which was a little shocking), then packaged it very carefully so I could take it to USPS in hope of a better shipping rate. Once it was finished, Eddy was able to find a more favorable rate and get it on its way. Thanks, Eddy!
Awesome store I use them when I am in the area and also when my job needs me to mail something out. I love the friendliness of the staff. They go above and beyond for you. Appreciate all you do. Thanks again for all your help.
