Absolute worst customer service and delivery management in the known universe.
Awful, Awful and Awful to deal with. I cannot stress this enough. High value package- they attempted to deliver-July17 and left a door tag with NO PICKUP LOCATION. Called them the next day, Jul18 and was told to pick up from this location because the CSR couldnt get a hold of the station to confirm if delivery will be attempted again. Took a day off work to pick up next day, Jul15- was told that their opening hours are different, then was told that they don't know where the package is, then was told I'll hear back from their... read more
Shipped a package priority overnight. It took three days to get to destination after receiver had already left town. It will now take a full week before it came back.
Just avoid fedex. They don’t bother to knock the door and they don’t deliver as they promised. Overnight means days or even weeks
Please I request never ever use there services, they suck in everything ( no communication, no service, no customer service ) etc .
