FedEx managed to waste my entire day. First, they promised a morning delivery that I had to be home to sign for. Then they moved the time twice. After I sat around waiting all day, they finally texted right at 8p.m. to say it’d come tomorrow instead. So now I’ve burned my PTO for nothing, and I’ll be at work when they finally decide to show up meaning I won't receive my package until somehow they choose a time that I'm home to receive it. To the FedEx driver that left my package near my mailbox! From my mailbox to my house is less than 30 feet. If I hadn't seen you just leave my package on the side of the road, I guess someone else could have just stopped and picked up my package. You're a useless delivery driver! This is why I don't like ordering idems.
Easy going plenty of room
Package. Very important. Schedule for delivery on the 27 because has to be signed for. I get a text on 25 saying I have to rehearse action by the 26 because they tried to deliver on 23 and no one was here to sign. No heads up no notice no nothing but threat the return to sender of I don’t do something. What a joke this company is becoming
Fedex is awful, I wouldn't trust them with anything let alone import parcels/items/documents. My dog is on heart medication, her medicine has been in transit from a place less than 30 minutes away for over 5 days. My dog will die without this medication, when I reached out to fedex customer support (which is a joke btw) unwanted taken seriously until my 3rd call and I threatened to go to the local news claiming fedex was killing my dog by holding her medication, or losing it.
