I'm the manager of an apartment complex, Gateway Park, located in Bellevue. Your driver(s), need to do their jobs they are being paid to do! This has been going on for over 2 months now. Pkgs are being stolen because your drivers will not deliver them to the front doors. These residents are paying for FedEx DELIVERY service, but instead, leaving them on the out side of the building, in front of the doors. Literally the most frustrating experience I have ever had.
Pretty terrible service, also the local shipping center in Counicl Bluffs is nearly unreachable over the phone.
